Order Processing

Please allow the agreed upon time between customer and designer for your order to be prepared and shipped to you. Expect an email within this agreed upon timeframe to let you know your order is on the way! Also, expect periodic notification on the progress of your item(s). 

Order Pick - Up - AJH Leather Designs, 246 Ritchfield Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127 - Come to the basement door and ring door bell.

Orders can be picked up daily, by scheduling a designated date and time for pick up. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within [timeframe] using [your shipping provider i.e. Canada
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping to [locations outside local region]. Optional: We do not ship outside of [your country] at this time.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of bespoke, custom, and made-to-order items, all items are non-refundable, except in the case of materials defect. Materials defects are addressed on a case-to-case basis. In the case of a materials defect, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
