Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every AJH Leather Designs piece is handcrafted with careful attention to detail and quality. Our designs reflect artisan craftsmanship and are created to be both functional and beautiful.

What materials do you use?
We use premium leather and thoughtfully sourced materials. Some collections include sustainable options such as carbon-neutral leather, bio-leathers, and other environmentally responsible materials.

Are your products limited edition?
Many AJH Leather Designs items are produced in small batches or as limited pieces. This ensures quality craftsmanship and allows each item to feel unique and special.

Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?
Yes. Our Luxe Line offers custom and bespoke leather pieces designed specifically for you. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the design.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Because all AJH Leather Designs pieces are made to order, there are two separate timelines to keep in mind:

  • Production (Making) Time: Each piece is handcrafted individually by Arleen in Studio AJH. Production typically takes 15 to 60 days depending on design complexity. Waitlist placement may add up to 3 months before production begins.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping begins only after your piece is completed. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Your total wait time = Production Time + Shipping Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in transit.

Where do you ship from?
All AJH Leather Designs orders are shipped from the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability may vary. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are available exclusively for the AlysaAmari Line within 14 days of delivery, for unused items in their original condition and packaging. All bespoke and Luxe Line pieces are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Care & Longevity

How should I care for my leather item?
Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. We recommend storing your item in a cool, dry place and occasionally conditioning the leather to maintain its beauty and durability.

Will my leather item look the same as the photos?
Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture, grain, and color may occur. These variations make each AJH Leather Designs piece unique.
